Sustainability is interwoven into every facet of SYLK ERA, and as a responsible member of society, we believe strongly in sustainable practices and maintaining harmony between the environment, our employees and everyone else beyond SYLK ERA.

The farmers that work hand-in-hand with us across the Southeast Asian region helps to ensure that our trees are grown sustainably, with great care and precision. We use all-natural ingredients throughout the farming process, and our prime Agarwood is obtained only when the trees hit maturity. In doing so, we are able to achieve harmony with Mother Nature. The trees are able to live a full, mature life, and all the while, they provide shade that helps to cool down the earth and reduce the effects of climate change.

SYLK ERA also takes responsibility for its extended family of employees, and focus is placed to achieve a harmony between career, family life, and even education.
